3. Delays and Extensions

  • Client Delays: Delays in providing necessary information, feedback, or access to platforms (e.g., website login credentials or social media account details) may cause a delay in delivery. If there is a delay due to the client’s actions, we will inform you of the revised delivery timeline.
  • Agency Delays: In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (e.g., technical issues, team availability, or external factors). If we anticipate a delay, we will promptly notify you and provide a new estimated timeline for delivery.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held responsible for delays caused by events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions. These events may impact delivery timelines, and we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the schedule.

4. Communication and Feedback

  • Communication: Throughout the project, we will maintain regular communication with you to update you on progress, address any concerns, and request necessary input. Communication channels may include email, phone calls, video conferences, or project management platforms.
  • Client Feedback: Timely feedback from the client is essential to maintain the project schedule. We request that you provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed-upon review period (typically 5-7 business days). 5. Final Delivery and Handover

  • Completion of Services: Once all milestones are completed and approved, and the final deliverables are provided, the project will be considered complete. We will ensure that all work is delivered in the agreed-upon format (e.g., files, reports, access to accounts, etc.).

7. No Refund for Completed Deliverables

  • Once a deliverable has been completed and provided to the client, and the client has given approval or received the work, no refunds will be provided for that portion of the service. If the client is dissatisfied with the final deliverable, the issue will be addressed through the revision process outlined in the service agreement.
